The Educational Media Research Center (EMRC) Kolkata as a part of St. Xavier’s Autonomous College was established with initiative from the University Grant Commission (UGC) in 1986. This institution aims at enriching and upgrading educational scenario of the nation. In academic infrastructure of rural and urban area, there exists certain disparity. This institute investigates those points of differences and tries to harmonize those points of differences to its best extent.
