Junior Law Officers Recruitment Examination

Age: minimum 18 yrs and maximum 32 yrs. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST candidates of West Bengal and by 3 years for BC candidates of West Bengal and upto 45 years of age for physically handicapped persons having physical disability of 40% or above.

Educational Qualifications:

   1. A degree in Law from a recognized University.
   2. Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for recruitment in the case of candidates from hill areas of the district of Darjeeling i.e. for Nepali speaking candidates).
